CANNABIS & BREATHWORK ASSISTED PSYCHEDELIC THERAPY
Access an expanded state or awareness, get your busy mind out of the way and connect with your inner healing intelligence. Let the transformative power of Breathwork in combination with Cannabis release what's holding you back.
Cannabis Assisted Psychedelic Therapy (CAPT) is a mindfulness based, trauma informed, somatic (body-centered) practice. It allows you to surrender into the experience while having a greater sense of control and agency. Its somatic quality can help resolve tensions stored deep within the body, and release traumas from the nervous system.
With the use of CAPT, I create a safe and sacred setting that can support your healing processes and provide a holistic full body and soul experiences that can be deeply transformative; physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I facilitate cannabis/breathwork circles every other month in an intimate setting of a small gathering. Participants can experience breathwork in those circle with or without cannabis. If you're interested in exploring this amazing work, get in touch (below) and I'll add you to my mailing list. Sessions are available for those who are over 21 years old and are selectively screened through an assessment process.
Cannabis Journeys are easier on the body in comparison with other psychedelic medicines, so sessions can be repeated more often, allowing for a gentle unfolding over time.

Cannabis Journey work is ideal for people who want to take the psychedelic journey route slowly and gently without the anxiety of losing control during the experience.

Testemonials:
“I just want to share how profound my experience of our collective breathwork circle was for me. I have always had a good relationship and deep respect for cannabis, yet I've never experienced quite the depth that I reached in your circle. It has inspired me. And I'm really grateful at the way you held the space. I hope to join you again for a future circle.” Jill
“I had truly profound experiences both times I participated in Hagit's breathwork circles, and I hope to participate again. Hagit does a beautiful job creating a comfortable, reassuring, holding space. The medicine and the breathwork felt very safe and well-guided for me, because Hagit explains everything so thoroughly, and is very emotionally present throughout. I highly recommend her and this modality.” Fred
OFFERINGS
Guided cycles include a preparation sessions, a journey, and post-journey integration sessions.

INDIVIDUAL WORK
02
GROUP WORK CIRCLES
This cycle is for individuals who are looking to have a psychedelic experience with cannabis.
I begin the process with a preparation session, a day or two before the actual journey, to explore intentions and coach you in ways of navigating the psychedelic space. The cycle is followed by post journey integration session, few days after, to help you translate the journey experience into the lived experience of daily life. Based on a client's experience, I might recommend 2 preparation sessions and 2 integration sessions.
Group sessions are small group gatherings lasting approximately four hours. These circles are a way for community to come together and experience a psychedelic journey with cannabis for both personal and collective healing. I structure the gatherings with time for preparation, intention settings followed by a journey. Right after the journey there is space for community sharing, self care instructions and short integration. These circles offer great opportunity for reset and recalibration of mind, body and spirit.

03
INTEGRATION
Integration is defined as restoration to wholeness; a process of making meaning of your journey experience and integrating it into your everyday life.
I offer non-judgmental, mindfulness-based counseling to individuals beyond the provided initial integration session. Additional integration sessions are highly recommended for making lasting transformative changes and are available on an hourly basis.
* This work is not for everyone. Individual and group sessions will occur after an initial conversation with me to evaluate one’s needs and safety, and make sure that there is a fit.

I am a credentialed Cannabis Assisted Psychedelic Therapy guide. I received my training and credentials with the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness in Boulder, Co. In my work as a CAPT guide, I offer compassionate support and understanding of the psychedelic terrain so I can help those in my care reach the completion of their deepest and most meaningful intentions. My intuitive nature and creative sensitivities which I had developed through my work as a fine artist (www.hagitcohen.com) are instrumental in my approach to my psychedelic guiding. I see myself as a curious explorer of the unknown, helping you explore your personal unknowns.
